Concerts guaranteed upstream by co-producers are often the springboard around which the rest of the international tour is built and organized. This is a variant of the first, where the emphasis is not on cash, but on creating space and facilities for the work to be developed. This model is often easier to hire for younger, less experienced artists, and it will often start a «new conversation.» This is a form of value in kind for production, as such it should be translated into the budget and the places to stay should be credited as sponsors for production.
